Arizona and especially the area of Greater Phoenix is best known for its hot desert climate softened by our abundance of water bringing this desert to life through permanent streams, lakes, irrigation of agricultural fields as well as numerous world class golf courses, luxurious resorts and great fine dining restaurants all over our Valley of the Sun.   

Currently the local market conditions are characterized by economic pressures brought on by an oversupply of general housing in the $300,000 to $1,000.000 range, however, the luxury homemarket has held steady, especially in the $2,000,000 range and above.   Compared to markets in other parts of the USA, specifically California and Florida, the Scottsdale and Phoenix markets offer luxury homes at less than half the cost of those markets.
